I am sure that some visitors are wondering about the post I made regarding the prophet Kim Clement, specifically why I trust and believe in his prophecies as they relate to the current time in America.  As I wrote earlier, I have been following some of his work for many years, way before President Trump became our President for the second time.  So, I do know that all those years ago, he prophesied about President Trump’s second term and the events taking place in his second term.

That prophecy was given in 2007.  Sadly, Kim Clement passed away in November 2016 before he got to see all of his prophecies about President Trump come to pass.  Below is a link to his obituary, in case anyone is interested in reading it.  It is ironic and sad that he only lived to see President Trump elected for his first term but died before his first inauguration.

My good friend Chris McC shared this short video with me, and I want to share it here because it certainly highlights the significance of the suit Elvis wore in so many of his concerts leading up to his final concert on June 26, 1977.  I have not taken the time to count how many times Elvis wore this in those final months before August 1977.  It was certainly so very prominent to cause fans to pause and think “why?”

I have shown the significance of this suit before on my website, but this is a very nice presentation and will serve to remind all of us of the facts.

My heartfelt thanks to Chris for sending this to me.  Chris wrote the following to me when he sent this video:

Hi Linda,

I came across a short little video tonight on YouTube and it explains the meaning of Elvis’ Aztec calendar jumpsuit and it foretelling his fake death and I’m sure you’re aware of this but it’s an interesting video anyway….

For the first time, I was unable to watch the Candlelight Vigil tonight.  I just saw the two videos below, which are available on YouTube.  I am glad these channels did post it for others to enjoy.

Graceland Unveils Two New Exhibits During Elvis Week

Graceland Opens Two New Exhibits

Last week, Graceland welcomed fans from around the world to Memphis for the annual Elvis Week celebration. As part of the festivities, Graceland debuted two new exhibits inside Elvis Presley’s Memphis entertainment complex.

Graceland in Red 1974: In 1974, Graceland underwent dramatic redecoration with Elvis selecting rich colors, plush textures, and new statement pieces for his home. The living room was transformed into a French Provençal theme, featuring red velvet furniture, red satin draperies, oil lamps, mermaid tables, peacock-stained glass panels, and red shag carpet. This new exhibit is the first time guests are able to see a full replica of how the living room looked in 1974.

Colonel Parker’s World of Showbusiness shares the story of Elvis’ legendary manager, Colonel Tom Parker. The exhibit traces his journey from his early years in Holland and work on the carnival circuit, through his time managing country stars like Eddy Arnold and Hank Snow, and ultimately to his defining role as the manager of Elvis Presley.

Please listen to Elvis’ own words about Col. Parker from the stage.  “…my manager, I really love him.”

“I’m tired of being Elvis Presley.” These shocking words came straight from Elvis Presley himself in a private conversation with his closest friend, Charlie Hodge. In this powerful episode of TrackTalk, we reveal the untold story of Elvis Presley—a side few people have ever seen. Behind the fame, the screaming fans, and the sparkling jumpsuits, Elvis Presley carried a heavy burden. He was tired of fame, exhausted from living up to the legend the world demanded. This is not the stage persona—it’s the man, stripped of the spotlight. You’ll discover:  Why Elvis Presley confided in Charlie Hodge during one of his most vulnerable moments. How Elvis Presley’s real life struggles contrasted with the King image. The sad truth about Elvis Presley’s private life and his longing for freedom

My very best lon.n.n.n.n.ng-time friend, MJ, told me about this author’s new book.  I thank her very much as always.

I see that the posted comments to this video are mostly very negative toward Col. Parker…but I disregard the ideas that people have about him because I have known Elvis/Jesse since 1992. He has never once uttered one bad syllable about Col. Parker.  In fact, it was Col. Parker who was the mastermind behind Elvis’s fake death.  We have Col. Parker to thank for Elvis still being with us all these years.

I must qualify my posting of this video by saying that, because of enormous demands on my time recently, I have not had a chance to watch this video.  However, the topic is one that I do have some true background knowledge of and so I certainly do believe that much of what has been published about Col. Parker is gossip and untrue hearsay.

Aug 5, 2025 Authors

There’s a widely accepted view of the relationship between Elvis and his manager Tom Parker, the one sustained by the recent Baz Luhrmann movie, but a new and fascinating archive of unseen letters makes you see it differently:  it was warmer, deeper and infinitely more complicated. Peter Guralnick – rock book royalty! – met Parker towards the end of his life and has just published ‘The Colonel And The King: Tom Parker, Elvis Presley and the Partnership That Rocked The World’. He talks to us here about separating the myth from reality, which touches on …

… overturning the conventional wisdom “that Elvis was the puppet, Sam Phillips the genius and Tom Parker the manipulator”.

… how theirs was “a partnership of equals” – though Elvis was in charge, not the Colonel.

… how Presley’s “security risk” – carrying guns and drugs across borders – was a factor in his refusal to accept world tour offers.

… two men powerfully motivated by money – Elvis liked spending it, Parker liked losing it.

… humour, charisma, intelligence, a force of nature: how Parker’s letters paint a different picture.

… “he was an entirely self-invented man. And there was no-one more American – which was ironic as he was Dutch.”

… the full story of the Elvis TV Christmas Special.

… how Parker grossly undersold Presley’s catalogue rights to RCA in 1973 for $5.4m.

… the Colonel’s Honesty game – “think of the number I’m thinking of and I’ll pay you if you’re right!”

… how Parker tried to curb Presley’s “smutty humour” and sell his “James Dean enigma” to the film industry after Dean’s death in 1955.

… how the only time he didn’t carefully manage an Elvis appearance was the Steve Allen Show hound dog debacle.

… why Parker couldn’t control either his or Presley’s self-destructive habits. … his gambling addiction and a miserable 72-hour stint in a Vegas casino.

… and would the first internationally-known artist’s manager have been as famous had he not called himself “the Colonel”?
