Well, contrary to the rumors on Facebook, etc., the events of my DEATH have been greatly exaggerated!! Much to the disappointment of my enemies and critics, I am still very much alive and still here with my website.
I must say that I have been through computer Hell since I last posted to my website…and the end is no where in sight.
Below is a fairly brief synopsis of what has been going on with me:
I can’t write very much because my desktop computer has died and I must buy another one. I am on Tom’s laptop and this keyboard is very hard on my hands and arms.
The go-between is not well & I don’t know if I feel confident in him sending my packages to Jesse from here on out. Also it seems that Jesse’s contact with me has changed or stopped. Time will tell whether I will be continuing the website and sending mail to Jesse. Everything is up in the air. Needless to say, this all has me very confused and in distress.
We changed to a new Internet and house phone provider back on December 8th and have had problems with the new service since then. On Monday January 29th, a piece of heavy land moving equipment working across the street from our property hit the junction device for our house phone and our Internet and totally destroyed it. So we have been without services since then for 12 days. This has caused me terrible stress as well.
The only good news is that the service technician just left our home about an hour ago and he finally was able to get our phone and Internet service reconnected after 12 bleak days. He came while I was composing this post…so I just inserted the update about the repair.
To top it off, my computer which was really overloaded and over 5 years old needed some duplicate files weeded out so I began that process while our Internet was down. During that process, my computer gave up the ghost and died. So now we will have to buy a new desktop computer sooner than later.
So, as you can imagine, I have not been feeling up to par and am to the point of just giving up…time will tell what I decide to do about the website. I may just stop adding new material to it and let it stop when my current paid subscriptions expire. If Jesse is not going to be in touch, there is really no point in continuing. I am beyond depressed about all of this.
All of that being said, there is also the situation with my health issues which cause me daily pain. It is all a lot to contend with. Also, my vision problems continue to worsen.
If the current situation changes and I decide to continue the website, then you will see me back here…if not, then I thank you all so much for everything you have done for Jesse and me thru all these years.

I finally have some good news to share.
I want to share with everyone that Jesse did phone me tonight and we had a nice chat. I certainly am relieved and happy to have heard from him after so long.
Jesse has had a minor stroke since we last spoke but he is doing fairly well. He also has a lot of pain in his feet from neuropathy. He is seeing Drs about every day he says.
We did discuss the possibility of me closing our websites and Jesse does not want me to close them down. So, the websites will remain open as always. I will resume posting to them as my health and time allow.
I broke a bone on the outside of my right foot on Thursday and this is causing me a good deal of pain and aggravation as I am having to wear a walking boot for the next 4 weeks as well as having to keep my foot elevated. I will then return to the Dr. for X-rays to determine if it is healing.
I will resume mailing printouts of this website to Jesse as I have done for so long in the past.
I hope everyone will continue visiting here and I certainly will post every time that I hear from Jesse.
I will create a new Current News and Events Page for March in the next few days.
