I agree with Elvis (about the word coincidence) and that it is more than a “coincidence” that the American man whose face is recognized all over the world is the same face on the statue that is the emblem of America. Both Elvis and the Statue of Liberty are immediately thought of as hallmarks of America and are recognized worldwide. God does work in mysterious ways!
Also, it is so wonderful to me that more people viewed Elvis’ Aloha from Hawaii – Via Satellite special than viewed the landing of mankind on the moon.
The above is all very important to me, and I have held this truth in my mind and heart for so many years. The above letterhead displaying the scripture from Isaiah is one that I created many years ago, on which to write my personal letters to Jesse.
Let’s all stop and think about how Elvis loves America, how he represented America in his songs and during his onstage performances. The beautiful suit he wore on his Aloha ’73 TV Special had America shown all over in the emblems. As well as how he performed his duty as an American soldier.
Tom and I play this beautiful song on July 4th every year. I have always felt that Elvis singing this song should be made into our national anthem. It is so beautiful.

Well, I said I was through fighting against lies, but here I am again seething with anger at another misleading YouTube video. So, I just had to post a rebuttal comment to their video. Below is the link to the totally lying video and a copy of my two posted rebuttal comments to it. I know my fighting back will make no difference. Still, it is so very important to me to stand up against any lie being told about the truth that Jesse himself has told and allowed to be published here on my own websites.

This is hogwash! The first big falsehood in this video is that Francisco wrote the death report. *Warlick said that he had filled out that report, and when he saw it next, it had been copied word for word and then signed by Francisco. The only important fact about that death report is that Elvis himself was the person who copied it in his own handwriting, and then Francisco signed the copy that Elvis filled out. I have been very closely involved in researching these facts for so many years. Elvis had his cousin, Gene Smith, call Gail Brewer-Giorgio and tell her that if she had the handwriting on the death report analyzed, it would prove that Elvis himself filled out that report. There is a video of the professional graphologist whom Gail had to do the handwriting analysis, in which he shows how he analyzed and proved that Elvis himself did indeed fill out that report. Dr. Francisco only signed the report that Elvis had filled out. This has all been proven. I will post below the link to the video of the graphologist showing how he determined that it was Elvis’ handwriting on the death report, just as Elvis told Gene Smith to tell Gail Brewer-Giorgio. When Elvis phoned Gail and spoke with her in 1988 on a call that she recorded and made public, he promised her that he would send her “ammunition”. This handwriting on the death report was his ammunition. Please don’t let the above video throw you off track from Elvis’s own truth.

I was friends with Gail Brewer-Giorgio back then, and she called to tell me all about Gene Smith’s call to her, in which he told her to have the handwriting examined, claiming it would prove that it was written by Elvis himself.

Below are scans of two pages from my copy of the book “The Death of Elvis: What Really Happened” by Charles C. Thompson II and James R. Cole.
The reason I am presenting these two copies is to prove my statement that Dan Warlick did complete the physical examination of Elvis’ body and filled out the “medical examiner’s investigation report,” which has been referred to as the “death report”. For anyone who wishes to obtain a copy of this book, it will clearly substantiate what I am sharing here on my site.
The point I am emphasizing is that it was Dan Warlick, whose boss was Jerry Francisco, who did the actual physical examination of “the body” and who originally filled in the form. Then Elvis, himself, recopied Dan Warlick’s report onto a blank copy of the form; then Dr. Francisco signed his name on the form. Elvis told Gene Smith to tell Gail Brewer-Giorgio to have a professional graphologist examine and see that it is all Elvis’s own handwriting on the form, except for Francisco’s signature.

The truth is that it was not Elvis’s body in the morgue at all…but that of a stand-in who was dying and whose body was substituted for Elvis’s. Jesse has stated that truth himself.
IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE:
I forgot to include above that when Warlick came into the room where the body was lying on the table, he raised his camera to photograph the face of the deceased body, as was the routine procedure in case there was ever a need to show the face of the body being autopsied. Francisco stopped Warlick from taking the photo by saying, “No, not in this case.” This was most certainly part of the plan in case there ever was a question of whether the deceased really was Elvis.

I want to let everyone know that a little after midnight on Thursday, January 8th, I printed off all the remaining messages to Jesse. We put that package in the mail on Friday, so it is on its way to him. I closed the Messages for Jesse page at that time.
I want to say a big “thank you” with a hug to everyone who posted on the messages page. I reviewed every message to identify any that should not be sent to Jesse, and I am pleased to report that there was only one unsuitable message that I deleted. It was a very short note and made no sense at all…so nothing really disturbing.
I could see that everyone showered our Jesse with love, loyalty, devotion, and good wishes for him. I know that your messages will touch his heart and put a smile on that sweet face.
God willing, we will have the message board back up by December of this year. I do hope and pray that my health holds out for that long.

My BEST friend MJ read to me recently an entry on Facebook that brought back a lot of good memories for me of my friendship with Gail Brewer-Giorgio, way back many years ago. Sadly, Gail passed away not too long ago. She and I were close friends for several years. I never told Gail about my contact from and my ongoing friendship with Jesse, as I felt that was not something for me to discuss publicly due to my loyalty to Jesse. I feel sure that over the years of my having my websites, Gail surely did learn of my friendship with Jesse.
I said all of that to say this: As I have posted before, Gene Smith was in contact with Gail following Elvis/Jesse’s 1988 phone call to Gail. Jesse promised Gail that he would send her some “ammunition,” and he had Gene contact Gail to give her that ammunition. Gene called Gail on the Palm Sunday following Jesse’s call to Gail. Gail called me after her call from Gene and told me about it. Gene told Gail that if she had the handwriting on the official death report for Elvis analyzed, it would prove that Elvis himself filled out the entire report in his own handwriting (Jerry Francisco signed it). I have recently reported all of the information in this paragraph before, and also years ago on my websites. I want to share this again now as a lead-in to my following article.
Gene and Elvis grew up very close together, almost like brothers, and were lifelong very close friends. The article from Facebook that MJ read to me was actually taken from Gene Smith’s own book. As MJ read it to me, it came back to me where the original of this material came from.
Below I am sharing a copy from Gene’s book that is what someone had posted on Facebook, scans of my own copy of Gene’s book, the video that Gene recorded for Gail to be included on the Bill Bixby TV special in 1991… You see, when Gene phoned Gail and told her how to prove Elvis himself wrote the death report, Gail asked Gene if he would come to the filming of the TV special and tape a statement for the show. She told Gene that he could say only what he wanted to say and that he would not have to follow a script. Gene told Gail that he couldn’t give her an answer right then and would have to get back to her about it. Needless to say, Gene had to speak with Jesse and get his approval for Gene to appear on the show.

Gene and Elvis created a secret way of talking that only they knew. Sivle Yelserp, of course, is Elvis Presley. Here he was writing of Elvis in the present tense because he knew that Elvis did not die.
Below are photos of me with Gail Brewer-Giorgio when we visited her home. Also, below is a letter written to me by Gail. I truly enjoyed the time that she and I were friends. I slowly stopped being in contact with her after Jesse, and I began corresponding. I never wanted my friendship with Jesse to become public knowledge until many years later, after Jesse permitted me to use my real name to defend myself against the attackers coming after me…and he said, “Yes, and you can use my name too.“

I do admire his videos that I have gotten to watch, and I thank him for his factual work on Elvis/Jesse. I want to share this one because it ties in with the article I posted recently about Gail Brewer-Giorgio. I want to share this one because I saw that others have written very critical comments in response to this video on his channel. That is a shame. I just wrote a comment myself, but somehow, it was lost and did not display.
I do KNOW that it was Elvis himself who phoned Gail because Jesse spoke with me and told me that he thought he could trust her.

Has anyone else noticed that the final 3 song titles from the lineup above appear in the new EPIC movie? I am not familiar with these titles…maybe others are. But the one that grabbed my attention is the next to last one:

I have a few words of good news to share. Our go-between called me yesterday afternoon, and we had a good chat. He is expecting to be able to return to his home this coming weekend. I do hope that he will be able to do so. He has heard from Jesse, and Jesse has improved. Our go-between said that he believes that Jesse will be able to call me. I was just so very, very surprised to see one of my YouTube channel videos show up in a very prominent place tonight. I saw a news alert about Garth Brooks breaking Elvis’s record sales…I did not like seeing that, but I had to go check the facts out. When reading the article on the “PARADE” website, I suddenly came upon my own video that I created and posted on my own YouTube channel 7 years ago. I displayed the video of Garth Brooks back then, when he did a TV show which aired on Elvis’s birthday. On that show, the host discusses with Garth about it being Elvis’s birthday, and they go on talking about Elvis for a good bit. It was a very nice conversation about Elvis, and during the back and forth of the conversation, Garth states in no uncertain terms that Elvis is still alive. That’s where my video came to play.
I am so proud of this accomplishment! I feel pretty certain that I am one of the very few people who loved the show, with Garth Brooks making that statement to create a YouTube video of it.

Elvis’s global record sales and chart records still underscore his unmatched musical legacy.
Few artists have ever come close to matching Elvis Presley’s legacy, but one jaw-dropping Garth Brooks milestone proves even the King can be dethroned.
In January 2015, Brooks took the title of the world’s best-selling solo recording artist from the King of Rock and Roll after the release of his album Man Against Machine. Rolling Stone reported that the album’s success pushed Brooks ahead of Presley in overall sales.
Brooks has certified album sales of around 162M units thus far. Presley has 146.5M. However, the country legend has yet to overtake The Beatles, who land at 178M. These numbers reflect United States sales only.
His official website states that he is the best-selling solo artist in history. Additionally, Brooks “is the first and only artist in history to receive nine RIAA Diamond Awards for nine albums certified at over 10 million.”

They take great care of me.”
Despite Brooks passing Presley in overall album sales, the King of Rock and Roll maintains a recording legacy few can match. Graceland’s official website reports that over 1 billion Presley records have been sold worldwide.
Additionally, the site explains, “Elvis has had no less than 149 songs to appear on Billboard’s Hot 100 Pop Chart in America. Of these, 114 were in the top forty, 40 were in the top 10, and 18 went to number one. His number one singles spent a total of 80 weeks at number one. More than 90 Elvis Presley records reached the charts, with 10 of them reaching number one. These figures are only for the pop charts and only in America.”
Garth Brooks is gearing up for shows at Summerfest in Milwaukee and BST Hyde Park in London. He released The Anthology Part VI: The Comeback – The Next Five Years on December 5, 2025.
